My focus is on studying mechanisms underlying metabolic disturbances in Huntington's disease, where I'm particularly interested in the crosstalk between brain and periphery.

I've also had past contributions to research projects within Parkinson’s disease.

My research skills include:
Stereotactic virus surgeries
Animal lab work and handling
PhenoMaster Automated Home cage Phenotyping
Behavioral phenotyping, including utilizing video tracking
