Research
My research interests include the datafication and digitilization of leadership. I have previously explored the use of quantitative assessment tools in leadership development programs. In the current project I'm involved in called 'Leading by Algorithm - Reconfiguring the Nature of Leadership in Digitalized Work Environments', we aim to gain insights into how data-driven analytics are transforming the nature and scope of leadership in digitalized work environments.
Teaching
I have taught organization theory on all levels, and is currently responsible for the master's course 'Strategic Human Resource Management'.
