Research

I am a doctoral student in theoretical physics with specialisation in biological physics and computational biology. My work is mainly about the analysis of Brownian trajectories using probabilistic methods. We consider for instance the problem of hidden state switches, which happen as biomolecules interact. By including every possible non-observed event in the calculations, the underlying parameters of the process can still be estimated.
