Research

In my work as a PhD student, I try to understand the nature of Dissolved Organic Matter (DOM) extracted from forest soils. Using scattering techniques combined with chemical analysis we study the interactions between DOM, mineral particles and microbes. The goal is to better describe the decomposition kinetics of these systems. In this work I collaborate with researchers at CEC and microbial ecology at Lund University.
