Research

After finishing my Medical Degree in Spain, and a surgical internship in the USA. I moved to Sweden to complete a Master in Public Health. All of this while acquiring practical experience in all stages of research. I am currently a PhD Student in the field of Genetic and Nutritional Epidemiology, exploring the possibilities of using genetics as an objective marker for sugar intake. My international experience has provided me with a unique approach to problem-solving and a growth mindset. I am enthusiastic about Health, Food, Data Analysis, Genetics, Epidemiology and Health communication. I am also always eager to learn new things and face new challenges.
