Research

My PhD project is focused on secondary use of ash from municipal solid waste incineration. Using methods such as x-ray absorption spectroscopy and nano-resolved x-ray fluorescence in combination with commonly used aerosol characterization techniques, we aim to understand more about the heavy metal content and potential for recycling.
