Research

Ph.D. student in English linguistics.

My research interests include comparative syntax, historical syntax, and corpus linguistics. My current project explores verb second (V2) in main and embedded clauses in English and Danish over the last thousand years. The project is carried out as a corpus-based study utilizing linguistic corpora of present-day and older variants of a variety of Germanic languages.

I hold a Master's degree from Aarhus University and have previously conducted research and published articles exploring diachronic changes in Germanic syntax.
