Gabriella Pozarek

I graduated from medical school at Lund University in 2003 and have been working as MD in the primary healthcare. Since August 2015 I am a PhD student within health sciences having the alignment clinical medicine.

My research involves quantitative studies with patients having chronic low back pain and/or leg pain who participated in a qigong intervention in 2014. I initiated this research, built up my network, and I am the project leader. This initial study was conducted with patients who previously had undergone or were standing on waiting list for lumbar spinal surgery, and also patients from the primary healthcare. This study will form the basis for a Licentiate of Medical Science.
