My current research is mainly oriented toward experimental and behavioral economics. Currently, I have studied how image concerns affect economic behavior. In another project the focus is on how risk taking is affected by factors, like competition and cognitive ability. In a relatively long lasting project I have been  studying the behavior of CEOs in China by the use of experimenta methods.

My main areas of teaching are microeconomics, industrial organisation, and experimental economics (from introductory level to PhD courses). I have received the best teacher award at the LUSEM. One of my most important pedagogical activities is to supervise bachelor, master and PhD students in their thesis writing.
