I research the strategic adaptation process of firms to new alternative protein technologies in the food industry. Through an examination of how organizations develop capabilities and interact with their environments to maneuver in this transformative landscape, I aim to contribute to the broader field of strategic management, addressing the evolving dynamics within the innovation system and fostering informed decision-making among all stakeholders.
