Personal profile

Research

I research the strategic adaptation process of firms to alternative protein technologies in the food industry. I focus on how companies use their dynamic capabilities to interact with and shape their environments. This helps them influence technological developments and gain a competitive edge, offering insights that are useful for both scholars and managers.

My research interests also include qualitative multiple-case research, strategy processes, innovation systems, ecosystem dynamics, and sociocultural factors that influence dietary choices.
