Personal profile

Research

I am Assistant Head of Teacher Education at the Joint Faculties of Humanities and Theology. I am also a PhD student in the field of educational sciences and my research concerns teacher collaboration and autonomi in the biology subject. Collaboration between teachers have the potential to increase the quality of education and improve working conditions for teachers, especially when combined with high individual autonomy. I investigate possibilities for and need of collaboration between biology teachers, as well as how collaboration is supported and valued in comparison to other types of professional development strategies.
