Personal profile

Research

My research is centered on advancing fluid mechanics with a focus on energy sciences. I specialize in developing mathematical models and performing numerical simulations that address complex multi-physics problems involving fluid dynamics, heat transfer, reacting, and multi-phase flows. My work notably contributes to the development of zero-emission hydrogen internal combustion engines and innovative conversion technologies for biomass that incorporate nitrogen and carbon dioxide reforming. Additionally, my research investigates the safety aspects of new energy carriers and energy storage, aiming to enhance the safety and reliability of emerging energy technologies. Additionally, I am involved in graduate education, teaching courses on computational fluid dynamics and biomass conversion, and exploring the practical applications of my research in areas such as pollutant dispersion in urban settings and enhancing energy efficiency in industrial processes.
