Hillevi Hemphälä PhD BSc Optometry
Research area is Visual Ergonomics and the impact of Light on human beings.
Hillevi has initiated a project where a new visual ergonomics risk assessment method, VERAM, has been developed. VERAM contains both subjective ratings and objective risk assessments, with the purpose of finding the factors in the visual environment that cause problems such as headaches, eyestrain and musculoskeletal strain.
