Personal profile

Research

I work on ecosystem modelling and land–atmosphere greenhouse-gas (GHG) dynamics. My current focus is Bayesian data assimilation and model optimisation to improve parameterisation in process-based models such as LPJ-GUESS. I also use inverse modelling (e.g., LUMIA) to constrain source-level atmospheric GHG emissions. Overall, I study how ecosystems respond to environmental change and how those responses shape regional GHG budgets.
