Research

My motivation and driving forces are, among other things, to provide a high level of research and to gain a better understanding and collaboration between academia, industry, and society, so that the research conducted has relevance and contributes to higher knowledge and understanding. This to be received and implemented by the Food Industry and society and thereby strengthening the excellence and competitiveness of the Swedish Food Sector.
