Research

Jens Knutsson, PhD, is an associate Professor and a licensed clinical psychologist and psychotherapist. He is responsible for the cognitive-behavior therapy orientation psychotherapy programme at the Department of Psychology, Lund University.

Jens teaches primarily in clinical psychology including areas as psychopathology, psychological treatment and psychotherapy (mainly CBT). He does research on treatment and psychotherapy effects and processes within psychotherapy. Another area of interest is meta-cognition and eyewitness psychology, including witness interviewing.

Special interests are the treatment of social anxiety and multi-family treatment of adolescent bipolar disorder. He also works part time as a clinical psychologist/psychotherapist and supervisor with a private practice in Lund.
