Research
My research mainly focuses on leadership and management in professional service organizations. Current interests include leadership in situations of diffuse authority; power and the ontology of leadership; professionalization processes in organizations; and the role of institutional logics in everyday organizing. My latest book summarizing this research was The Logic of Professionalism (2022, Bristol University Press).
I have an interest in the practice of academic writing and my book Formulating Research Problems was published in 2020 (Studentlitteratur).
