Professional work

I work part time, clinically, as a licenced psychologist at the regional forensic psychiatric clinic in Växjö, Sweden. And part time as a PhD student at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Lund. I'm also affiliated with the Centre for Ethics, Law and Mental Health (CELAM) at the University of Gothenburg.

My clinical work focuses on the assessment of risk in persons with severe mental illness who have comitted violent and sexual offences. I also work with traning and supervision related to violence risk assessment and risk management.

Research

My dissertation work focuses on the assessment of aggression and violence among individuals on forensic context. As a part of that work I will also evaluate a method for structured collaborative inpatient violence risk management for patients sentenced to complusory forensic psychiatric care in Sweden.
