Research
Johan Bertlett is a Ph.D. in psychology and works part-time as a lecturer at the Division of Work and Organizational Psychology, Department of Psychology, Lund University. He teaches leadership, employeeship and consultation methodology for working with leadership, employeeship and group development. In addition, he works as a management and organizational consultant.
Bertlett’s area of research is leader and leadership development: similarities and differences between these processes, desired outcomes that these processes can lead to, methodology linked to leader and leadership development, and how leader and leadership development relate to employee and teamwork development and employee participation in activities.
