Research

Johannes has been involved in two large interdisciplinary research programs. 1) "Vetenskap och beprövad erfarenhet" or "Science and Proven experience", http://www.vbe.lu.se/ (funded by RJ, 2015-2021) focusing on a Swedish concept and phenomenon of considerable legal importance. The program concerned the integration of scientific evidence and proven experience that the Swedish concept implies. 2) The Linnaeus programme "LUCID" http://www.lucid.lu.se/ (funded by Formas, 2008-2018) (similarly) studied the integration of social and natural dimensions of sustainability.

Johannes' research in both programmes concerned central concepts, philosophy of science, evidence-formation, decision-making, causality, and philosophy of risk.
