Research
My dissertation is about subversivity and resistance in animated parody. I am interested in parody, self reflexivity, the use of references and source texts, but also humor in general in film and television, its shape and usage.
Another area I am interested in within the field of film studies and media studies is sports and media, mainly the representation of athletes in media, and sports in film and television, both fictional and documentary.
