Research

My research focusses on the boreal forest in the context of conflicts over resource extraction. I explore diverse discourses and practices surrounding and within the forest, with a particular interest in more-than-human relations, and draw inspiration from feminist epistemology, new materialism and political ecology. I have previously worked on knowledge controversies, the politics of conservation, and embodied spirituality.
