Krister Moberg

My research interests are within the area of company law, corporate governance and auditing law. I have for example focused on the functions of the board of directors in small and medium sized companies in a corporate governance perspective together with researches form the Department of business administration. Another are of interests has been different aspects of liabilities in a company law perspective, for example parents liabilities for the debts of their subsidiaries and liability for damage of auditors. For the moment I focus my research on corporate social responsibility especially the possibilities for a company to take a social responsibility according to company law.

My main areas of teaching are business law, especially company law and auditing law. I have several times received pedagogical awards by the student’s organization at Lund University. In addition, I have supervised and examined numerous bachelor and master theses.
