I have been working as a radiologist in a vascular department now for over ten years and have been operating patients with peripheral vascular disease with endovascular techniques and at the same time I have been responsible for the post operative imaging with computed tomography in these patients. This unique position of my work has introduced me the clinical problems and made me curious to resolve these with my experience. My research project focuses to optimize computed tomography imaging in vascular patients with modern techniques to reduce contrast media, to reduce radiation dose and to improve to image quality.
