Research

Lena Krautscheid is a PhD candidate in Transformative Innovation at Sparbanken Skåne’s Centre for Sustainable Enterprising and the Department of Design Sciences at the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University in Sweden. She has a background in agricultural sciences from the University of Bonn, Germany and in food sciences from SLU in Sweden. Prior to her PhD, she worked for the Federal Office for Agriculture and Food in Germany. Her research focuses on transformative innovation in the agri-food system, sustainable food supply chains and global food security with particular focus on low- and middle-income countries.
