Research

My research interests are English for specific purposes, multimodality, contrastive linguistics (English – Swedish/Norwegian)and systemic functional linguistics. My research is corpus-based, making use og monolingual-, multilingual- and learner corpora. My current research is particularly geared towards multimodality and multimodal literacy in academic writing. I also engage in reserach sorting under the general umbrella of the scholarship of teaching and learning.
