Studying economic aspects of healthcare: financial incentives, privatization, competition, patients' choices of care provider, e-health/telemedicine, continuity of care. Mainly register data from the Swedish context.

Teaching

At LUSEM, I mainly supervise student essays. 

I teach microeconomics and methods for health economic evaluation at Kristianstad University.

Outreach

I regularly publish in popular/professional outlets (Distriktsläkaren, Ekonomisk debatt, Kommunalekonomen) and report series (SNS, KEFU). In 2019-20, I served as editor for Ekonomisk Debatt, the journal of the Swedish Economists' Association.
