Lisa Kerker is a research student in Public Law at the Faculty of Law, Lund University. Her doctoral research project in migration law investigates and analyses the roles Swedish migration law plays and could play regarding protection from domestic violence in the context of family migration. The aims are to shed light on how, and to what extent, Swedish migration law provides for protection from domestic violence in the context of family migration, and analyse different roles migration law plays and could play regarding such protection.
Supervisors: professor Titti Mattsson (Lund University) and professor Rebecca Thorburn Stern (Uppsala University).
Lisa Kerker teaches at different levels within the Master of Laws programme at the Faculty of Law, Lund University. She teaches mainly in migration law. Lisa Kerker is one of the course co-ordinators of the advanced course Swedish Migration Law.
