Personal profile
Research
I am a PhD student in immunotechnology, and more specifically I work a lot with mass spectrometry-based proteomics and especially the computational parts (bioinformatics). My research includes algorithms to investigate the composition of cell types in samples using proteomics, and to further define the proteome of immune cells.
