Research Project: Marine food resources for new markets

The research project is part of a multidisciplinary project between biotechnology, analytical chemistry and service management at Lund University. The overall project treats the relationship between sustainability, marine food resources, and a circular bio-based economy. The overarching aim of the project is to investigate and develop methods for creating a sustainable value chain between food resource and consumer.
