My doctoral thesis examines the longitudinal development of speech in children with cleft palate with/without cleft lip, the incidence of velopharyngeal dysfunction surgery in this patient group and the ability of a patient-reported outcome measure (CLEFT-Q) to evaluate the effect of velopharyngeal dysfunction surgery.
