As a PhD student in RF devices and circuits, I am dedicated to exploring the potential of III-V nanowire transistors for high-frequency applications. My work involves clean room processing, modeling, and characterizing these devices. Through my research, I hope to contribute to advancements in high-frequency electronics and communication technologies.
