Senior lecturer, Associate Professor

Personal profile

Research

My research concerns moisture and durability related properties of wood and other organic materials. In order to understand how to make wood and wood based building materials able to withstand fungal degradation, more knowledge is needed on the interaction between wood and water. I also work with method development for characterization of moisture conditions in wood, especially in the high moisture range.
