Personal profile

Research

My research has focus on occupational exposures to aerosols. I have characterized airborne exposures in workplaces such as different types of engineered nanoparticles (carbon nanotubes, carbon nanoplates, graphene, titanium nanofibers, semiconductor nanowires), welding fumes, diesel exhaust, fire smoke and asphalt fumes. I am also involved in research about monitoring of occupational exposure to antineoplastic drugs.
