Research
I am a doctoral student in Health Law environment at the Faculty of Law, Lund University. My project concerns the requirements for informed consent and machine learning-based diagnostic tools in healthcare. The dissertation analyzes two issues: i) the requirements for informed consent in the context of ML-based diagnostic tools, and ii) the challenges and the benefits that the reliance on consent pose to patient's personal integrity.
My research interests consist of fundamental rights and new technologies. Before starting my doctoral studies, I worked with data protection-related matters both in the public and private sectors.
