Research
I am a senior bioinformatician at the National Bioinformatics Infrastructure Sweden (NBIS) which is the SciLifeLab Bioinformatics Platform. I work in the team for bioinformatics long-term support. My position is within the local node at the Department of Biology, Lund University. The main objectives of our team are to
- Provide advanced bioinformatics support to nationally prioritized projects
- Provide teaching at national and regional courses and workshops
- Promote national and regional bioinformatics networking and knowledge transfer
- Take part in the continuous development and improvement of the bioinformatics support at a national level
Supported scientific areas include medical, evolutionary, ecological and environmental genomics.
