Research

The focus of my research is strategic communication and relationship management. Current research interests include employee engagement; social resilience; resilience and sustainability in the meetings industry; blood donor recruitment communication. I also conduct research and have published on strategic communication management in disaster risk reduction.

Teaching

I mainly teach strategic communication management, as well as research methodology and crisis communication. I have supervised several Master's degree students to completing their dissertations as well as one PhD student.
