Research

Martin Stridh received the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Lund University, Lund, Sweden in 1997 and the Ph.D. degree in signal processing in 2003. He is presently an associate professor at the department of Biomedical Engineering, Lund University, Sweden. He teaches e-Health for the Biomedical Engineering students at Lund Institute of Technology and his main research interests are analysis and interpretation of cardiac signals, e-health and eye-tracking data analysis and diagnostics. Current research projects include automatic arrhythmia detection in large databases of home-based ECG measurements, and event detection in cardiac as well as eye-tracking signals. He is founder of the company Cardiolund AB which is focused on automated ECG analysis for arrhythmia screening, prioritisation, and change detection purposes.
