The research project is called Self-management after thoracic transplantation (SMATT). My focus is heart transplant recipients. The focus is to get a better understanding of concepts significant for self-management and how heart recipients handle their life after the transplantation. My main focus is the concept Self-efficacy which is one of the fundamental concepts within self-management.
