Personal profile

Teaching

My research is mainly focused on tax law interpretation and taxation of closely held companies, but also taxation and social benefits for migrants. I am caurrently leading the project Mutual legal and economic conditions for succesful integration, funded by The Kamprad family fundation.  I have also conducted research in cross border leasing, taxation in the Öresund region (Sweden/Denmark) and tax proceedings in the Nordic countries.

I have acted as supervisor for five doctoral students who all did receive their degree. I am currently supervisor for three doctoral students.

I have been acting as opponent on defends for doctoral degree in Stockholm and Uppsala. I have also been member in graduation committees in Århus, Denmark.

Teaching

I teach and supervise at the Law Program, both on basic and advanced level. My area is mainly tax law interpretation and taxation of closely held companies, but also national and international taxation in general. I also supervise students at the Master program in European and International Taxation (MEIT).
