Research

My work focus on developing and optimizing a broadband high-order harmonic generation (HHG) attosecond pulse source in the in extreme-utraviolet spectral range (7-17 nm). This project involves pulse duration optimization, spatial beam manipulation, structured illumination and integration of adaptive optics techniques. Combining theorical and experimental approaches, the project also aims at investigating quantitatively the enhancement of HHG via multi-color driving laser fields. The goal is to provide a bright, stable, broadband source that holds potential for industrial imaging and semiconductor metrology applications.
