Research
I am a researcher in Service Studies focusing the relationships between people and technology. My research areas include tourism, tourism information behaviour, digitalizatalization, tourist experiences. Other research interests include philosophy of technology, technological mediation, artificial intelligence in society as well as research methodologies.
In my PhD dissertation, I explored the role of technologies in the contemporary tourist experience and, more in general, in how digital technologies are shaping tourism and tourists' information search behaviours.
