I define my research under the umbrella frame of "media, difference, interaction" and study various zones of artistic and daily communication, narration and media production where politics of difference are augmented. I have a special interest in autobiographical narratives, documentary media and activist authorships and study a wide range of media and genres including comics, literary fiction, social media, and film. I have researched and published on intermedial processes in intercultural contexts, migratory authorships, neurodivergence across media, memory activism, and feminist comics.
