Research

Niklas Anderssons research is focused on development and application of integrating process steps in the biopharmaceutical industry. Most of the process steps aim to purify a protein and we are especially focusing on chromatographic separations. In a developed research software called orbit we can make instruments communicate with each other. The aim is to take the traditional batch processes and build and automate complete end-to-end processes and integrating sensor data to make smart process control and connect upstream with downstream in a continuous fashion.
