My research mainly concerns company law, contract law and the law of obligations; especially corporate law, general contract law and construction law. My doctoral thesis focuses on shareholders´ agreements and their legal consequences within private law. At present I´m writing a book, together with Johan Adestam, on the law of associations and an analytically orienterad commentary on the Instruments of Debt Act. Further, together with Per Samuelsson and Per Mildner I´m writing a book on industrial construction works.
