My research is related to electromagnetics in aerospace applications, with my current work related to electromagnetic computations for complicated structures. Toward this end, I am interested in hybrid computational methods and hierarchical matrix acceleration methods. I have previously worked on using mm-waves for nondestructive testing of aerospace structures, with imaging based on computational electromagnetics. I have also investigated interaction between ultrasound and microwaves as a possible method of nondestructive testing.
