Research

I am an analyst doing bioinformatics, data science and statistical analysis. I have a background in theoretical physics, PhD 2007, and I moved to Life Sciences in 2012 where I was doing medical and biological research. My range of interest includes genomics, transcriptomics, microbiome, ancient DNA, single cell, machine learning, image analysis, evolutionary science and many other things.
