Research

I am a bioinformatician with interests in statistical analysis and machine learning. I did my PhD in theoretical physics in 2007, and switched to Computational Biology and Life Sciences in 2011. My expertise includes genomics, transcriptomics, microbiome analysis, ancient and environmental DNA, single cell and evolutionary biology.
