My research is within theoretical particle physics and, in particular, I am interested in low-energy precision calculations which allow for tests of the Standard Model of particle physics. At low energies one has to rely on e.g. lattice simulations and effective field theory techniques. I am particularly interested in lattice simulations where also electromagnetism is included. In my work, I focus on flavour physics observables in terms of hadronic decays, and the muon anomalous magnetic moment.
I am teaching on Computational Physics (FYTN03). The lectures concern numerical methods to solve partial differential equations. In the past I have taught exercises/computer laborations on the courses Introduction to Quantum Field Theory (FYTN10), Theoretical Particle Physics (FYTN04), Computational Physics (FYTN03) and Electromagnetism (FYTB13).
