Research
Have since the mid 1970´s been involved in a number of programs and projects focusing the mechanisms in regional development and subsequent strategies on national and regional level. Clients and financiers have been both research funds, state ministries on central level as well as governmental bodies on regional level.
Recent research has focused innovation processes and the local and regional implications of these. An ongoing project (with a case study approach) analyses how semi-peripheral regions and SMEs in these regions, hit by crises, can turn these into new and innovative directions.
